When your kid is sitting down, if he is taller (from rear to top of his/her head) than the diameter of circle opening of the slide, he/she is too tall and won't fit.

It's impossible to be too tall for a slide since you can go in lying down!
If your child lies down the entire way through the slide, it won't matter how tall he/she is.
Everyone fits!
