In order from tallest to shortest: Zoe, Rachel, Maya, Anna.
You are right - Zoe is the tallest.
I was trying to draw the relationship between girl's height here and realized that we can not tell who is shortest, it may be Maya or may be Anna.
All we know is that both of them are shorter than Rachel.
